Mountain Home Overlook LLC is family owned and operated by Harry and Julie Katt. Prior to being permanent residents of Maggie Valley, the Katt’s lived and worked in Central Florida. Harry was a career Police Officer retiring at the rank of Captain.  Julie was in advertisement, marketing and sales prior to children and then she managed the home and family rental investments. Along the way they invested in a number of depressed homes in Florida and rehabbed them for re-sale.  They have also been “absentee home owners” here in the mountains and know all too well the concerns and trepidations involved.

Harry offers over 30 years of law enforcement experience. Together, Harry and Julie share several years of experience in ownership and management of multiple residential properties. They are well versed in home security, home maintenance, home repair and project management.  But what is most important is that they are trustworthy, reliable, readily accessible and dependable. 

Our goal is to provide you with a responsible and dependable “oversight” service that allows you to truly enjoy your mountain home when you are away and of course, while you are here. We are year round residents of Maggie Valley and we are ready to serve as your “go to” neighbors in Haywood County. We may very well be your best neighbors here in the mountains.
