Emergency response

Mountain Home Overlook will respond to your home upon notification of an emergency situation (ie. Security Alarm , Police notification). MHO will take action as authorized to stabilize a given situation and protect the property on your behalf.

Storm Preparation and Assessment

Mountain Home Overlook can respond to your home with pre storm preparation instructions and post storm to assess obvious damage that may have incurred.

Limited “Concierge” Services

We can prepare the home for your arrival or the arrival of your guests.  This may include having basic necessities and food supplies in stock.  We can also close the home upon your departure.

Event Planning

Planning a Special Event in the Mountains?  We can assist with contacting and coordinating the local providers you have chosen. Make any occasion special with surprise planning!

Contractor/Service Providers

We can meet, open the home and oversee Contractors and/or Service Providers that are authorized to work on the property.  We can also recommend local vendors.
